By using STOCKAPP — including the StockApp AI assistant powered by Google Gemini — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• Improve the Service and support
• Process transactions/orders/subscriptions

StockApp AI & Data Processing

StockApp AI is an agentic assistant powered by Google Gemini. To deliver autonomous business help, it processes:

• Your business records and inventory data
• Chat interactions and uploaded files
• Contextual information for task execution

Data shared with Google (as the AI provider) follows enterprise-grade security and privacy standards. Consistent with Google's policies for paid/enterprise Gemini integrations:

• Your prompts, business data, and outputs are not used to train Google's public AI models or models for other customers without your explicit permission.
• Data is processed only to generate responses and perform authorized tasks.
• No human review for training purposes; limited logging only for abuse monitoring/policy enforcement.

We do not use your proprietary business data to train any public AI models.

Do We Share Your Information?

We do not sell personal information for marketing. Limited sharing occurs with:

• Corporate affiliates
• Payment processors (secure transactions)
• Google (for StockApp AI functionality — under enterprise terms)
• In mergers/sales of business

International Data Transfers

Data may be transferred outside Kenya (including to Google's facilities). You consent to these transfers. We use appropriate safeguards.

Security of Your Information

We use SSL encryption, secure servers, and industry standards. No system is 100% secure — absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Account and Security

You must keep your account/password confidential. Report unauthorized access immediately.

Use of the Service

Use STOCKAPP only for lawful business purposes (inventory, sales tracking, POS, reporting). Prohibited: misuse, reverse-engineering, harmful content.

StockApp AI Specific Terms

By using StockApp AI you agree:

1. Autonomous Operations — AI may act on your behalf (generate sales records, update inventory, process receipts, manage data) based on your instructions.
2. Conversational & Contextual Intelligence — Uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and context for business-focused responses/insights.
3. Business-Only Use — Strictly for business operations in STOCKAPP. Not for personal/general queries.
4. User Responsibility & Verification — You must review/verify all AI outputs/actions. STOCKAPP is not liable for errors, decisions, or outcomes from AI actions you authorize or fail to check.
5. No Professional Advice — AI insights/forecasts/recommendations are informational only — not legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice.

Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features require paid subscription (per Shop). Fees non-refundable except as required by law. Pricing may change with notice.

Intellectual Property

All STOCKAPP content/software owned by Stock Point Africa LTD/licensors. Limited license granted during active use.

User Content

You own uploaded data. Grant us license to use it for providing/improving the Service (including AI features).

Termination

We may suspend/terminate for violations. Data retained up to 60 days post-termination.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Service "as is" — no warranties. Not liable for indirect/consequential damages or business losses.

Governing Law

Governed by laws of Kenya.
